The OrthoPawdic® ergonomic dog cushion in a square shape combines ergonomic comfort, sustainable materials and durable workmanship. It was deliberately designed as a cushion rather than a bed, as the filling consists of a specially developed mixture of visco and cold foam flakes. A special detail is the removable dirt and moisture protection, which is included in the product as standard. It reliably protects the filling from moisture, dirt and odours, can be cleaned separately and - like the cover - is equipped with durable YKK zips.

RePET Linen - elegant & resistant

The RePET Linen cover is made from 100% recycled PET bottles, is OEKO-TEX certified, hypoallergenic and free from harmful substances. With a weight of 520 g/m² ± 5%, an abrasion resistance of 40,000 cycles and a light fastness of 6, it offers a sophisticated, textile feel and high durability. The fine linen structure gives the cushion a modern, natural look, while the water-repellent surface and washability ensure easy care.

Sustainability & quality

The entire pillow is produced in a resource-saving manner. The flakes are made from leftovers from our mattress production, which are then processed into new filling material. This avoids waste and at the same time creates a long-lasting product. Combined with recycled covers, original YKK zips and water-repellent materials, the result is a cushion that not only benefits your dog, but also the environment.

Schnelle Reinigung zwischendurch:
Dank der wasser- und schmutzabweisenden Beschichtung können kleine Flecken oder Pfotenabdrücke einfach mit einem feuchten Tuch entfernt werden – ganz ohne aggressive Reinigungsmittel.

Innenleben pflegen:
Die ergonomische Füllung aus Visco- und Kaltschaumflocken muss nicht gewaschen werden. Es genügt, das Innenkissen regelmäßig auszulüften, um Restfeuchtigkeit zu reduzieren und Frische zu erhalten. Durch das Zwei-Kammer-System bleibt die Füllung gleichmäßig verteilt und formstabil.

Schmutz- und Nässeschutz:
Der integrierte Nässeschutz ist abnehmbar, separat waschbar und ebenfalls mit YKK-Reißverschlüssen ausgestattet. So bleibt die Füllung zuverlässig vor Flüssigkeiten, Schmutz und Gerüchen geschützt.

Shipping process:
Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the following working day. Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

Dispatch from several warehouses:
We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

Shipping to Switzerland:
We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. There may be additional costs such as Swiss VAT (8.1%) and handling fees from customs or the shipping service provider. These costs are borne by the recipient.

Return shipment

You can return your Dog Bed within 30 days of receipt. So that we can offer you an uncomplicated process, you must register the return in advance via our returns portal. This allows us to check whether the product fulfils the return criteria and then provide you with all the necessary information for the return shipment.

Return criteria:

• The bed must be in its original condition.
• All labels and barcodes must remain on the product.
• The cover and inner cushion must be packed separately, each in its own packaging.
• The bed must be vacuum-sealed again before being returned so that it does not exceed DHL's shipping dimensions. A suitable vacuum bag is included with your bed.
• Heavily soiled, damaged or incomplete products cannot be returned.
  

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As this is a bulky product, the costs may be higher than for smaller items, depending on the size and shipping service provider.

Every return means additional transport, packaging and CO₂ emissions. We would therefore encourage you to seek advice from us in advance if you are unsure about size or product choice. This way, we can work together to ensure that you get the right bed for your dog right from the start.
