At Vitomalia, we want you to know exactly when and how your Dog Bed will arrive. All orders are packed with care and dispatched reliably. Our Dog Beds are vacuum packed to protect them from damage in transit and to save space. Once opened, the bed unfolds completely within a few hours.

Delivery times at a glance:

• Zone 1 (DE, AT, PL, CZ, SK, HU): 2–5 Werktage
• Zone 2 (FR, IT, ES, BE, NL, LU, FI, EE, LV, LT, IE): 3–7 Werktage
• Zone 3 (DK, SE, GR, BG, HR, SI, CY, NO): 4-9 working days
• Zone 4 (PT, CH, UK, MT, IS, LI): 4–10 Werktage
  

Shipping costs:

• Free shipping from 99 € order value in zone 1
• For all other zones, the regular shipping costs according to the checkout apply.
  

Shipping process:
Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the following working day. Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

Dispatch from several warehouses:
We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

Shipping to Switzerland:
We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. There may be additional costs such as Swiss VAT (8.1%) and handling fees from customs or the shipping service provider. These costs are borne by the recipient.

Return shipment

You can return your Dog Bed within 30 days of receipt. So that we can offer you an uncomplicated process, you must register the return in advance via our returns portal. This allows us to check whether the product fulfils the return criteria and then provide you with all the necessary information for the return shipment.

Return criteria:

• The bed must be in its original condition.
• All labels and barcodes must remain on the product.
• The cover and inner cushion must be packed separately, each in its own packaging.
• The bed must be vacuum-sealed again before being returned so that it does not exceed DHL's shipping dimensions.
• Heavily soiled, damaged or incomplete products cannot be returned.
  

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As this is a bulky product, the costs may be higher than for smaller items, depending on the size and shipping service provider.

Sustainability & conscious consumption

Every return means additional transport, packaging and CO₂ emissions. We would therefore encourage you to seek advice from us in advance if you are unsure about size or product choice. This way, we can work together to ensure that you get the right bed for your dog right from the start.
