After your purchase, you will receive an email with your voucher and all the instructions for redeeming it. Whether as a practical gift for friends or as a special treat for yourself - the Vitomalia voucher is always a good choice.

The Vitomalia voucher is uncomplicated and versatile. After your purchase, you will receive it conveniently by email. You can either print out the voucher, redeem it directly from the email or save it to your mobile phone wallet - so you always have it to hand. The voucher is ideal for buying your favourite products from our shop or making a dog lover happy. Simply enter the code when paying at the checkout and the value will be deducted automatically. Perfect for all purchases in our online shop.

As the voucher is digital, there are no special maintenance requirements. However, we recommend that you keep the email containing the voucher safe and protect the code from third parties to prevent unauthorised use. If you save the voucher on your mobile phone, it will always be to hand and cannot be lost. If you use the voucher by printing it out, make sure that the QR code or voucher code remains clearly legible to ensure smooth redemption.

• Germany (DE) - 2 to 4 working days
• Austria (AT) - 3 to 5 working days
• Switzerland (CH) - 4 to 6 working days
• EU countries - 6 to 8 working days
  

💡 Note: From an order value of €149, shipping to Germany, Austria and Switzerland is free of charge.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday to Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

📦 Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouse is located in Germany. Therefore, shipping to Switzerland is an import from abroad. For you as a customer, this means that import fees may apply in addition to the purchase price. These are made up of

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %),
  
• Swiss customs handling fee (this varies depending on the delivery service).
  

Unfortunately, we currently have no way of paying these charges in advance or avoiding them. They are charged directly by Swiss Post or the shipping service provider upon delivery.

We ask for your understanding and recommend that you take these additional costs into account when placing your order.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you don't like a product, you can simply return it within 30 days of receipt.
